Refund policy

Exceptions / non-returnable items

 

The packaging (outer wrap, cardboard box, box sleeve, or metal tin) of your product is intended to protect the contents during shipment. It is normal for packages to experience some wear and tear during the shipping process and Reevy TCG cannot guarantee the packaging will be undamaged upon delivery.

TCG items cannot be returned for a refund due to box or outer wrap damage.

 

In-Stock Item Cancellations 

 

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch provided we haven't already generated a tracking number. If a tracking number has been generated, your order can no longer be cancelled and will have to be returned to us for a refund.

 

Returns

 

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to you to notify us you'd like to return your order, and a further 14 days from the date you've notified us, to send your order back. If you haven't notified us within 14 days of your order being delivered, unfortunately we cannot accept a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For avoidance of doubt - any orders that have been opened from their original packaging cannot be returned, due to the nature of the product. 

Please do not swap our cards or send us back counterfeit products as we will not issue a refund.

 

Refunds (if applicable) 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

 

Wrong Address/Incomplete Address 

 

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately so we can update it before dispatch. We cannot update your address after an order has been dispatched. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, Reevy TCG cannot be held responsible for any costs incurred. In such cases, your order can be re-sent once you purchase postage again, or we can issue a refund for the goods only. Please note that postage costs on orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses are non-refundable.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. 

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@reevytcg.com

 

Shipping 



To return your product, you should email us at contact@reevytcg.com requesting our return address.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs for returns and refunds are non-refundable. 

Reevy TCG can not be held responsible for any supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by delayed/lost/misrouted orders.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

You should consider using a trackable shipping service so we both can track the return. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
